At The Deb Noreen Foundation, we are dedicated to supporting the advancement of women within the workforce of the critical and foundational STEM industries.

Our members, donors, and volunteers are the momentum behind our ability to provide support to individuals who wish to pursue a university-level education and career in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics through critical areas of opportunity.

Our board of directors and operations team is 100% volunteer and your contribution will be used to raise funds and deliver opportunities that will impact the lives of many women in years to come.

Women Are Nearly Half of U.S. Workforce but Only 27% of STEM Workers

Employment is projected to increase by 11.9 million jobs from 2020 to 2030 with the fastest growing occupations including wind turbine technicians, solar installers, data scientists, statistics, and healthcare.

With the increased need to fill future jobs, it is imperative that opportunity and assistance with education and work experience is exposed to women who make up a majority of our future candidates.

It is the Deb Noreen Foundation's mission to provide scholarship funds and internship opportunities to women which, in turn, will uphold our growing economy and infrastructure. You can be a part of the mission too.
